Each day has a simple focus: one small way of relating to your music, your emotions, and your body that doesn’t require you to push, perform, or pretend you’re “fine.”
You’ll experiment with tiny, music-led practices that fit into the in-between moments you already have instead of demanding more from you.
By Day 7, you’ll have a more honest sense of what you’re craving next — and how you want to be supported as you keep going.
How the challenge flows in real life
This is an evergreen experience. You’re not behind, and you don’t have to rearrange your life to participate. You press play when you’re ready, and the challenge meets you there.
