This challenge was built by someone who has lived the realities of burnout, masking, and nervous systems that feel “too much” for the pace of the world.

My intention for these seven days is simple: that you have one small, consistent place where you don’t have to perform, manage, or hold it all together.

Your playlist already knows things about you that are hard to put into words. Together, we’ll let that knowing come a little closer to the surface — gently, with lots of room for humanity and nuance.

Is this therapy?
No. This is a gentle, music-led self-reflection and regulation practice. It can sit alongside therapy or other support, but it doesn’t replace professional care.
What if I miss a day?
